“I stayed at Renata Cottage for five beautiful days and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s a small and cozy place, rooms are huge (larger than in many other places here), comfortable and very clean. There’s a small lawn with a shaded lunch/dinner table, and incredibly gorgeous Pasir Panjang is about 50 meters away. The people at Renata — owner/manager Imelda and her husband Riki, and chef/caretaker couple Ana and Alfons — are just lovely; there’s joy and warmth here, and I felt very well cared for. Whatever I wanted — a scooter, extra helpings of delicious seaweed for dinner, and even onward travel to Kei Besar with pick-up at the harbour — they organized right away, and very professionally. A snorkeling trip with Riki was a highlight of my stay that far exceeded my expectations. In short: very warmly recommended. Hope I’ll be back someday!”

Er wordt goed voor je verzorgd, je komt niets te kort.. (ik zou wel langer willen blijven dan 3 dagen) Puur Natuur…
The cottages were spacious and clean, super close to the most beautiful beach. You still had some privacy, which we enjoyed.
Tempat yang nyaman, dgn fasilitas memadai. Jarak ke pantai yg tidak terlalu jauh memudahkan ketika ingin mandi. Pengelola juga ramah.
Bequeme Betten, freundliche Leute, Frühstück war gut. Die zwei Bootsausflüge mit Ricki waren toll. Gute Schnorchelspots..
De witte zandstranden, lokale bevolking uiterst vriendelijk. Eigenaresse gaf allerlei info en kon alles voor je regelen, sprak goed engels.
De locatie. De tripjes die werden georganiseerd. Stille airco. Kleinschalig. Ontbijt bij de cottage geserveerd. Watertank en gratis koffie en thee.

Prachtige locatie bij Pasir Panjang! De huisjes zijn netjes en schoon. Er wordt veel service aangeboden. Snorkelen is echt een aanrader. Dank je wel voor alles.
20 metres from the most stunning beach. Imelda the host was superb. They can arrange absolutely anything for you from boat tours to laundry. Have scooters for hire at great rates.
Proximity to the beach. Very friendly owners. Spacious room with AC and hot water shower. Delicious breakfast. Water dispenser. Possibility to order food and have it delivered to room.

Very good central location. The family that runs the hotel are very nice and helpful. They also have their own boat which makes boat trips very easy whether it’s exploring or fishing.
The cottage was fantastic, next to the beach but still at a good distance as to also have a little garden in front. The hosts were very caring and ready to help at any time. Highly recommend it!
Given the less ideal location, just back from the beach - this place should excel in other areas. The bungalow was just functional and lacked comfort. Imelda was super friendly but we were a bit disappointed.
The owners however, Imelda and Ricky were fantastic. Imelda also made me traditional sea grapes for dinner which were so delicious. Ricky took us for cool boat trips around various islands, including snorkeling, fishing and coconut drinking :)

I spent three nights at Renata Cottage and everything was perfect! The room was large and clean, and the terrace was lovely. The cottage is about 100 meters from the beach, which is ideal! I went on two boat trips, organized by the manager, and they were incredible! Everything was perfect!

The room was clean and the measurement ok. There is a possibility for cooking water in the room so that you can make your tea and coffee. The bathroom includes a toilet and is big enough. Dinner was great and we also enjoyed breakfast. Just a couple of meters to the beautiful beach. Personel were friendly and helpfull.
Cottage ligt vlakbij het strand. Kamer is goed, bed goed, grote badkamer en terrasje. Ontbijt goed. Er is een waterkoker, glazen, thee, koffie en suiker. Personeel erg vriendelijk, betrouwbaar en behulpzaam. Er is pick-up van en naar het vliegveld vanuit de cottage. Ricky, de eigenaar organiseert boottrips naar verschillende eilandjes. Hij doet het heel goed. Je kunt bij de cottage ook brommers huren.
Lovely cottage near the beautiful Ngurbloat Beach (only 1 minute walk away). Ibu Imelda, the owner is very helpful with information. Also her husband Ricky and Alin are very helpful and kind. The room is very spacious, clean, good AC, even hot water shower, and delicious breakfast (the pancake!). I enjoyed the proximity to the beach a lot and highly recommend this place if you visit Pulau Kei. I hope to come back again!
Our stay at Renata cottage was fantastic, the staff is very professional and kind/caring, the rooms are very clean and big, it’s very close to the beach and it’s very calm, also there is a garden which is a +, breakfast and food is very good, it’s very easy to rent a motorbike or car to go around, they can arrange boat trips to go to other islands, everything was perfect! We are looking forward to come back next year!
Loved staying at this cottage! The owner and her family were incredibly welcoming to me as a solo traveler, making it feel just like home. Kak Imelda (the owner) provided tons of useful information about Kei Island and great tips for solo exploring. Whatever you need during your stay, she provides the best options — whether it’s a taxi, bike rental, or an island-hopping boat, she is available 24/7. Even if you just want to relax in Ngurbloat, this cottage is perfectly located. I’ll definitely be back.
I had a wonderful stay at Renata Cottage on Ngurbloat Beach, Kei Island. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other cottages in the area, giving me plenty of comfort and relaxation. The location couldn’t be better, just about 10 meters from the beach, so I could step right out and enjoy the soft white sand and crystal-clear water any time of the day. The Wi-Fi connection was also excellent. What really made the experience special was the staff — incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
